Document preparation and management of all aspects of real estate closings. Drafting memorandums, briefs, and other legal documents. Document preparation including creating contracts, agreements, and pleadings for various legal matters. 

Reviewing title commitments, ordering and reviewing title commitments, conducting lien searches, ordering surveys, obtaining mortgage payoffs, and preparing estoppel letters. Communicating with lenders and other parties involved in the closing process, and preparing closing statements and closing disclosures.
